- Attach 2 Sawtooth NRA HQ Building Boiler Replacement Plans (Final).pdf Attach 1 Specifications Solicitation Work for this project consists of furnishing and installing two 94% (minimal) efficient condensing boilers, the associated piping, pumps, and electrical/controls, heating coils in the air handler unit to replace the existing ones in kind, and all other work necessary to render a fully functional boiler heating system. Work also includes removing the existing boiler, and the associated piping, pumps, electrical/controls, and appurtenances and disposing them as required.
