- NOTICE TO INTERESTED VENDORS CONCERNING SITE VISITS The site visit for Solicitation FA4460-11-R-0022 Repair MFH Domestic Water/Sewer Mains will be incorporated with the following Solicitations of similar scope: FA4460-11-R-0015 FA4460-11-R-0021 FA4460-11-R-0019 FA4460-11-R-0030 The above mentioned solicitations are all for construction in LRAFB Military Family Housing (MFH). Therefore, since these projects are taking place in the same area, all above mentioned projects will be incorporated into the same site visit. You as the interested vendor have the option to provide a proposal for any or all of the above mentioned Solicitations. However, if you request to attend the site visit, you will only be allowed to send 2 representatives to the site visit incorporating all of the above mentioned Solicitations. Not 2 representative for each solicitation incorporated. The site visit dates for all the above mentioned Solicitations will take place on: Tuesday, 09 Aug 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday, 11 Aug 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Please review clause 52.236-27 SITE VISIT in the Solicitation for specific instructions on requesting to attend the site visits. Please send required information to the POC of the respective Solicitation.
