- Description
- Description Contractor shall provide services necessary for Motorcycle Safety Training Course to Nellis Air Force Base. This service shall include certified Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) instructors, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision. Contractor shall provide the MSF Basic Rider Course (BRC) and the MSF Experienced Rider Course (ERC). Courses are to be provided on Nellis AFB to military personnel and DoD personnel to include the following: Department of Air Force employees, Non-Appropriated Fund employees, and Corps of Engineers civil works employees; youth or student assistance program employees; foreign nationals employed by the DoD components; and, Army-Air Force Exchange Service employees. Military dependents and other DoD ID card holders may be incorporated into the classes on a space available basis as scheduled by the 99 ABW/SE office.
