Description

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support “ Mechanicsburg (NAVSUP WSS Mech) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with Client Solution Architects LLC for contractor support services to procure analytical analysis of contracting operations at the NAVSUP WSS activities in Mechanicsburg and Philadelphia and refinement of a NAVSUP WSS Code 02 Management Support/Workforce Optimization Model. The period of performance will be Date of Award through 6 months. Client Solutions Architects LLC is the only known source that possesses the required expertise and knowledge of NAVSUP WSS Code 02 operations that would allow them to provide the required services within the very near term with no start-up or coaching from Government personnel. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date and time identified below. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of NAVSUP WSS “ Mech.
