- FISC Norfolk Contracting Division, Philadelphia Office intends to competitively procure Technical and Administrative support services for the Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Program (NADAP). The proposed procurement is being processes as a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set aside. A firm fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items. RFQ N00189-11-Q-Z125 will be made available electronically upon release to www.neco.navy.mil. The applicable NAIC is 541519.
