- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia Site procured four spare turbo expanders for the Liquid Oxygen System which was procured for CVN-71 and CVN-72 O2N2 Modernization Program under SCD 4092. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The Government procured from only one source, R&D Dynamics Corporation, 49 West Dudley Town Road, Bloomfield, CT 06002, under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. A determination by the Government not to compete this among responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
