- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a Wastewater Collection Service for pick-up of wastewater from various locations in the Maryland and Virginia area. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures is anticipated. To assist in evaluating the technical specifications from potential offerors, a Request for Quotation N0016711T0097 shall be posted in Federal Business Opportunities on or before 07/29/2011. All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases to be considered for award.
