- Description
- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Bat Conservation and Management. This procurement is for the Acoustic Survey Package 3.0. As such, this requirement will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.5. This Agency intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract with Bat Conservation and Management, for the Acoustic Survey Package 3.0. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This sole source requirement will be procured under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures and awarded under an Unrestricted Basis. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer No Later Than 11 August 2011, 1600 hours CST.
