- NOTE: THE RESPONSE DATE LISTED WITH THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT THE ACTUAL DUE DATE - THE ACTUAL DATE WILL BE STATED IN THE SOLICITATION. The Contractor shall provide lodging and meals in support of a conference being held in Suffolk, VA hosted by United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). The period of performance will be from 15-27 August 2011. This is a commercial acquisition. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110 and a size standard of $30 million dollars. Prospective contractors must be registered within the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)database and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 1 August 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. the required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and be CCR registered in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR database may result in the delay or denial of the award.
