- Recovery: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to MCC Construction Corp., who was awarded a competitive trask order off of GSA Region 7, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract for Design Build Construction, Repair and Alterations in support of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol. The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Land Ports of Entry, Special Programs Division, Denver, CO issued a firm-fixed price modification in the amount of $723,555.62 against existing task order GS-P-00-09-CY-0143 with MCC Construction Corporation which was fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 15.
