- Draft Guard PWS In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit the U.S. Department of Transportation, Volpe Center, 55 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142 will be offering site visits for an upcoming Armed Guard solicitation. The solicitation will be an 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. Potential offerors may set up a Site Visit for the week of August 8-12, 2011, by emailing the following individuals: Justin.Pelletier@dot.gov and Robert.E.Williams@dot.gov Due to vacations please email both individuals. Attached is a draft copy of the upcoming Performance Work Statement for the Armed Guard Service. The solicitation is expected to be issued shortly after the conclusion of the site visits.
