- Wage Determination Project Area Map Contractor Return Package RFQ Community Wildfire Protection Plan The Ottawa National Forest announces an opportunity for facilitation and delivery of a multi-jurisdictional Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for the Iron River Area of Michigan, including the Townships of Stambaugh, Iron River and Bates, within the Ottawa National Forest. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be awarded as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and any resultant fixed-price contract award will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 19. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.0 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
