- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following for the period of 9/1/11 - 8/31/12:Item 0001: 12 Mbps Fiber Optic Internet Circuit in Guaynabo, PRItem 0002: 1 Mbps Fiber Optic Internet Circuit in Ponce, PRItem 0003: 1 Mbps Wireless Internet Circuit in St. Thomas, USVIItem 0004: 1 Mbps Wireless Internet Circuit in St. Croix, USVI The Government intends to issue a single, fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 7/26/11 at 12:00noon EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 8/4/11 at 12:00noon EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
