- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/GRWKB, 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 200, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813, anticipates issuing a contract to provide for engineering services necessary to support the AN/ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver. Engineering services and support are required to maintain, update, and correct deficiencies and Software Problem Reports for all software and firmware items and the software engineering environment used to operate, maintain, and test the ARL-69A(V) system. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Raytheon Company, 6380 Hollister Ave, Goleta, CA 93117-3114, CAGE: 06129, under authority of FAR 6.302-2. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source an no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer or PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate any concerns related to this acquisition.
