- Special Notice to answer question received for Pre-Solicitation Notice Announcement VA-248-11-RP-0061 on July 20, 2011 Question - Will this be a single award to one contractor for all 6 CBOCs or will the VA be awarding to multiple vendors? Answer: As indicated in the pre-solicitation Notice, the Government intends a single award for this performance base procurement (one contractor for all 6 CBOCs). NOTE: Additional questions received by the Contract Specialist regarding the Pre-solicitation notice will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation and released via Federal Business Opportunities System Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). The offerors will have fifteen days after the issuance of the solicitation to submit all technical questions in writing. At this time, the solicitation will be issued during the month of August (no exact date has been set).
