- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Acquisition Innovation - Frederick, Frederick, MD, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Halfaker and Associates, LLC, 2900 S Quincy Street, STE 375, Arlington, VA 22206-2279 in support of Department of Veterans Affairs VA Open House. This requirement provides the Government full services meeting planning, event management and conference support for the VA Open House. The period of performance is August 15, 2011 to August 19, 2011. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
