- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F9JGEP1166A002 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is set aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325211 and the business size standard is 750. This RFQ contains 1 line item. The line item description is as follows:. CLIN 0001 - Houston Barricades - 84" x 48" x 96", Creative Building Part Number: 967HT-TG OR EQUAL TO, QTY: 42 EA Delivery Location: 204 SFS 11319 SSG SIMS Fort Bliss, TX 79916 Provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database is a requirement for award, go to www.ccr.gov to register. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the internet at www.arnet.gov/far. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit their offer in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information: 1) company's complete mailing and remittance addresses, 2) discounts for prompt payment if applicable 3) Cage Code, 4) Dun & Bradstreet number, 5) Taxpayer ID number, 6) Company offeror and/or acceptor's email address. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and is the most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical. Quotes must be signed, dated and submitted by July 29, 2011, 11:00 am Central Standatd Time (EST) to 149 MSG/MSC, Attn: Roberto Pena, 1493 Billy Mitchell Blvd, Bldg 968, Lackland AFB, TX 78236 or e-mailed to roberto.pena.ctr@ang.af.mil. No facsimile will be accepted. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)). All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award.
