- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to construct 640 rods of new four wire fence; reconstruct 720 rods of four wire fence; remove 640 rods of existing fence including 1 cattle guard with base; and, install a cattle guard assembly. Schedule of Items includes: Barbed Wire Fence (4-wire) - 1360 rods; Barbed Wire Gate (4-wire) 13 each; Barbed Wire End Panel - 22 each; Barbed Wire Stress Panel 32 rods; Five-Post Barbed Wire Corner Panel 9 each; Single Set Wood Post 6 each; Drainage Crossing 1 rod; Fence Removal 640 rods; Cattle Guard Assembly with Base 1 each; Cattle Guard Assembly Removal 1 each; and, Mobility 1 lump sum. The contractor is to furnish the labor, equipment, supplies and materials (except for specified Government-furnished property) to accomplish the work. The project is located in Phillips County Montana. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $30,000. This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns.
