- The U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) has a requirement for Life Cycle Contract Support (LCCS) for all Rockwell Collins Common Avionics Architecture system (CAAS), Cockpit Management System (CMS) components and associated peripheral equipment supporting worldwide for the 160 th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR (A) operations. The Government intends to award a 5 year contract on an other than full and open basis, 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Rockwell Collins. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334511, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DO.
