- The work to be done includes all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to remove an existing 30' x 60' corrugated metal pipe(CMP) and replace with a 84' x 68' aluminized steel corrugated pipe as well as installing a 36' x 40' plastic overflow pipe on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) road No. 3-6-8. The work includes de-watering, excavation of road prism, removal and disposal of existing pipe, installation of new pipes, placing backfill, furnishing, hauling and placement of select borrow, riprap, and base aggregate, and other related site work. This project also consists of constructing two Rock Chain Baffles. Optional items include all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to remove existing 18'-24' CMPs and replace with 30'-36' corrugated aluminized steel pipes, as well as installing 2 new corrugated aluminized steel pipes on BLM road No. 3-6-13. The work includes de-watering where needed, excavation of road prism, removal and disposal of existing pipe, installation of new pipes, placing backfill, furnishing, hauling and placement of, riprap, and base aggregate, and other related site work. The work under this contract is located in Tillamook and Yamhill Counties, approximately 15 air miles West of McMinnville, Oregon. The project price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 237310. The required start work date is August 15, 2011. The estimated performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required: Bid Bond - None, Performance Bond - 20%, and Payment Bond - 100%. The full solicitation will be posted electronically at WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET on or about July 27, 2011.
