- Amendment 1 This solicitation is amended as follows: Amendment 1 Answers have been provided to the Technical and Contractual questions timely submitted to the procuring office. The questions and answers are hereby incorporated into this Solicitation(see Attachment 4). In response to Technical and Contractual questions, Sections C, H, and L have been modified to provide clarity. The deadline for submission of proposals has been extended to: 1630 EST (4:30PM) Friday, August 5, 2011 All questions regarding this amendment must be submitted in writing to the government primary point of contact, Anthony Terrell, by: 1630 EST (4:30PM) Monday, July 26, 2011 To acknowledge receipt of this Amendment, per the options in Box 11 of this Amendment, please utilize Option C by submitting an e-mail to: Anthony.Terrell@dot.gov
