- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Ft. Leonard Wood, 561 Iowa Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 intends to issue a solicitation to build an Eight Bay Building at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard not to exceed $33,500,000 gross annual receipts. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is Y199, Construct Miscellaneous Buildings. The place of contract performance is Fort Leonard Wood MO. This is a total small business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to build an Eight Bay Building.
