- The contractor shall ensure accurate and timely receipt/distribution and accountability of all incoming Information Technology Asset (ITA) to Hurlburt Field through strict adherence to warehouse logistical operating instructions and utilization of the Air force's Asset Inventory Management (AIM) database application; direct/perform the unloading/loading of all ITA assets, create necessary invoices for outgoing ITA, process ITA purchase request through the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) application, use the Process, Workflow, Requirements, and Resources (PWRR) program to track communications requirements, and AFWay online application, ensure the timely processing for payment of orders received via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application for all Hurlburt Field. Inventory between 25K and 50K.
