- RFQP01131100008 The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a Building Trades Vocational Training Program to be provided to the inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution, Morgantown, West Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 (Size Standard: $7.0million). FCI Morgantown is seeking a contractor which is recognized by an accredited Higher Learning Commission to award a single purchase order for vocational instruction in the following areas of Building Trades: Beginning Carpentry; Forming and Framing; Blueprint Reading; Instruction to Technical Math. The Building Trades program should last approximately 6 months, with sessions lasting 2 to 6 weeks. Classes will conducted 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. The awarded contractor will be required to maintain class attendance, student progress and monthly performance evaluations. Supplies and materials will be provided by FCI Morgantown. Pricing shall be FOB Destination, FCI Morgantown, 446 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV, 26505, Firm-Fixed Price. Quotes shall be received on or before August 05, 2011. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
