- Ice Cream Solicitation File new version 3 (superseding the previous versions) This is an unrestricted acquisition for ice cream items for DoD and non-DoD customers in Southern Texas. Major areas of delivery points include: - Lackland AFB, Kelly AFB, Randolph AFB, Fort Sam Houston - Houston These delivery points require indefinite quantities of ice cream items with ordering period expected to begin on Sunday, September 25, 2011 and end on Saturday, September 22, 2012. The resultant contract will have a guaranteed minimum of 25% of the actual award value and maximum of $150,000. Prices are Firm Fixed for all items. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA TROOP SUPPORT. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Commercial Items. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is July 22, 2011.
