- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for Overhaul of the Shock Absorber. INPUT NSN: 1620-01-078-5697; 1620-01-096-5573; 1620-01-421-0890; 1620-01-205-6136 OUTPUT NSN: 1620-01-421-0890 INPUT P/N: 70250-13101-041; 70250-13101-042; 70250-13101-043; 70250-13101-044 OUTPUT P/N: 70250-13101-044 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 50 each and a maximum of 780 each. This includes an estimated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 130 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) package - 1-1620-243, dated 15 Sep 2010 available for this requirement. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials for the overhaul of the items. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 20 per month. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1620-243 and all associated Maintenance Engineer Orders (MEOs) are adequate and available to support the overhaul of the subject item. This item is published in the March 2011 Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in small business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. This is a FAR Part 15 requirement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
