- The purpose of this amendment is to modify the requirements and extend the close date. Line Item 0004 is deleted from the description. The close date is changed to July 25, 2011, 4:00 PM MST. Offers must resubmit quotes. Paragraph 3, Description, is changed to read: "3. DESCRIPTION: Deliver the products described in line items 0001 through 0004 to the locations indicated. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Maps are available upon request. Coordinate delivery with staff at Badlands National Park. See line item detail for required delivery dates. Delivery Location 1: Badlands National Park, South Unit Cuny Table Slide area located on BIA Hwy 2, approximately 25 miles south/southwest of Scenic, SD. Delivery Location 2: Maintenance Shop, Badlands National Park, 25291 Ben Reifel Road, Interior, SD, 57750. Line Item 0001: Gabion Rock Limestone, 20 tons, delivery location 1. Deliver by July 31, 2011. Line Item 0002: Base course Limestone, 1" (one inch), 350 tons, delivery location 1. Deliver by July 31, 2011. Line Item 0003: Base course Limestone, 3" minus (three inch minus), 70 tons, delivery location 1. Deliver by July 31, 2011." Paragraph 5 is changed to read: "5. SUBMITTING QUOTES: All vendors intending to conduct business with the National Park Service must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov/) prior to award. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing (fax or email) to the point of contact below. Quotations must be received no later than July 25, 2011, 4:00 PM MST.
