- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:West Virginia City:Madison/ Uneeda Delineated Area:Beginning at the point of US-119 and Rock Creek Road, East on Rock Creek Road to Delta Road 79 A, South to Robinson Creek Road, South to W Virginia 85, South to Bull Creek Road, South to Crazy Mountain Road, West to Laurel Creek Road (which becomes County Highway 28 and Laurel Road), to West Virginia 17, North to Low Gap Road, West to US-119, North to US-119 and Rock Creek Road. ABOA Square Footage Required:8,180 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Surface):30 Full Term:1 year Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
