- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has arequirement for ENHANCED DATA PACKAGE manufactured by FIRST DATABANK. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334611, SOFTWARE REPRODUCING. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed rice contract on a FIRST DATABANK product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FIRST DATABANK IS LOCATED AT 500 E 96TH STREET STE 500, INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 46240- 7315. FIRST DATABANK is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 27 JULY 2011. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION SOFTWARE TO BE LICENSED TO RUSSELL.HAVENS@NAVY.MIL. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***CLIN 0001, *QTY 1 EACH FIRST DATA BANK ENHANCED PACKAGE**This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name FIRST DATABANK equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Mary Katherine Lewis, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 27 JULY 2011. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
