- **This notice is provided for informational purposes only** This opportunity is being solicited through NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract). The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to procure services to provide software licenses and support for a data modeler tool for use within the CMS development and production environments. The anticipated period of performance will be from the Date of Award to December 30, 2011 with pricing for software support for a base period and two (2) additional one-year option periods beginning December 31, 2011 - December 30, 2013. An award will be made to the offeror whose quotation is the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). This request is in support of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act provision of the American Recovery and Rehabilitation Act (ARRA) and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Initiatives.
