- Description
- Travis AFB intends to procure medical support personnel services for 14 FTE's. Complete details, evaluation factors and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the Request For Proposal (RFP). This requisition shall be a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999 and the related size standard is $7.0 million. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Facsimile, telephone, written and/or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the Fedbizopps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicittaion package and any other pertinent information. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or around 8 August 2011. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Prospective offerors must have or obtain a DUNS number, be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, must complete FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items at http://orca.bpn.gov and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure electronic funds transfer.
