This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-11-T-0390 applies. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses and is in effect through Federal Acquisition and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, and is set aside for small business.
