- This is a synopsis only. The Request for Proposal will be posted to FedBizOpps on or around 8 Aug 2011. This acquisition will be competed as Full and Open Competition. The contract may contain four (4) one year option periods. This will be a non-commerical, competitive acquisition using lowest price technically acceptable procedures.
