- SYNOPSIS TO PURCHASE MV200 MOVE LINQ SUBSCRIPTION The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR Part 13.501, with MLINQS, LLC. The nature of the acquisition requires license subscription for use of Software Version movelLINQ 5, with maximum employee use of 200. Database requirements are Microsoft SQL Server with operating server system of Microsoft Windows 2000. This subscription will cover a 12 month period from date of purchase. The license restricts a finite number of servers, users, and/or clients. MLINQS, LLC. has the capability to provide this license agreement This procurement will be accomplished under the commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sources wishing to be considered MUST submit documentation to the office identified above. This documentation shall establish that the respondent has the ability to meet the requirements identified above, and shall cite specific examples of previous similar work, including client names and contact information.
