- Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material and equipment required to perform infectious/ hazardous waste collection and disposal service. Hazardous waste can include but not necessary limited to: hazardous waste, hematological waste, infectious waste, isolation room waste, microbiology waste, pathologic waste and or similar waste in nature. Disposal of these waste materials shall follow all established Federal and State regulations and reporting protocols. This is a Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity “ performance based contract.
