- The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting division, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one (1) CLARUS 560 Mass Spectrometer to PerkinElmer Health Sciences Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 01 August 2011. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 EACH) CLARUS 560 S MS AND CLARUS 560 S MS EI. P/N: N6658627 CLIN 0002: (1 EACH) TURBOMASS 5.4.2 SOFTWARE. P/N: N6520209 CLIN 0003: (1 EACH) S/W TURBOMASS NIST 2008. P/N: N6520220 CLIN 0004: (1 EACH) CLARUS 500 MS STANDALONE INSTALLATION P/N: N0207031 CLIN 0005: (1 EACH) MANUALS KIT-CLARUE 560/600 MS P/N: N6470408 CLIN 0006: FREIGHT These items must be delivered to: 28 TES/DOU - F1T0EG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 90 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334516, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
