- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition; there are no set asides. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used for this acquisition per FAR 13. The quotes will be evaluated on how well they meet the requirements of the statement of work, past performance, and price. Vendors should provide a quote that includes an itemized cost and references for past performance. This requirement is for local telecommunication services. Local telecommunication services shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for ISDN PRI's, local exchange trunks, transport channels, point-to-point circuits, commercial business lines, internet services, voice mail, directory number and number portability, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. The specific requirements are in the attached statement of work. The office that requires the services is in Jacksonville, FL.
