- ADA Compliance Review Statement of Work The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the US Department of Transportation is seeking vendors that can provide American Disability Act (ADA) Compliance Reviews as listed in the draft statement of work attached. This Request for Information is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a soliciation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. This FedBizOpps notice is an announcement seeking market research information on businesses capable of providing the services in the attached document. If your firm has an interest, please proved a capabilities statement of no more than 5 pages by August 8, 2011 at 4:00pm eastern time to Ms. Tonya Better at tonya.better@dot.gov. Please note that the Government will not be compiling a bidders list for this RFI.
