- Attachment J.3 NGA Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA), June 2009 Attachment J.2 DD Form 254, 10 February 2011 Attachment J.1 Airborne Imagery Declassification and Management Services, Statement of Work, 18 July 2011 Solicitation Package (Standard Form 33 and Uniform Contract Format) The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing a solicitation for Airborne Imagery Declassification and Management Services; to include: • Airborne Imagery Materials Handling and Transfer • Airborne Imagery Declassification Review • Imagery Review Database Input and Update used for updating the National Exploitation System (NES) • Comparison of Imagery Review Database to Airborne Imagery Information within NES to detect anomalies • NES data record creation, review, correction, and updating • Freedom of Information Act Research Contractor personnel shall have valid Top Secret//SCI security clearances upon commencement of work. The contract expected to result from this solicitation is anticipated to have a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year options. The Government contemplates a Firm Fixed-Priced/Level-of-Effort (FFP/LOE) contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110.
