- HQ0034-11-R-0063 MOD 0002 J-1 Equipment Inventory Revised Amendment 0002 J-2 Pricing Submission Revised Amendment 0002 The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is soliciting proposals to obtain Mechanical Equipment Maintenance at the Pentagon Reservation in Arlington, VA. Based on the Government's market research and with the concurrence of the Small Business Administration, the Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting proposals on the basis of full-and-open-competition. The Government intends to utilize procedures in FAR part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation -- in procuring the required services. The contract resulting from this RFP is expected to be a five-year contract (base period of 1 year with four, 1 year option periods) for mechanical systems maintenance services under NAICS code 238220(Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors). There will be a site visit on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 details are as listed in the attached solicitation. The solictation will be posted on or about July 7, 2011. Refer to Amendment #1 for specific instructions in the Proposal Requirements section. Note that the purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate a revised Equipment list (J-1) and Pricing Submission (J-2) into the solicitation. Pricing Submission (J-2) will need to be completed and returned with contractor's proposal. This amendment also calrifies that the solicitation response date is currently set for August 09, 2011 at 3PM EST.
