- In order for the vendor's quote to be considered valid for this solicitation, the vendor must also return a signed copy of Amendment PA-0001. Amendment PA-0001 was processed on July 22, 2011, and adds Clause 52.219-4 to the solicitation. Vendors must also return Amendment PA-0001 to the Contract Specialist before the solicitation deadline stated in the original Solicitation Documents. This Amendment does NOT extend the deadline. VENDORS WHO FAIL TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED STANDARD FORM 30 WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
