- NSN: 3110-00-427-0603, Bearing, Ball, Annular. Purchase Request Number PR 0027998067. This item is manufactured to a "Design Controlled Drawing" and to a "Part Numbered Item". Approved Sources: U.S. ARMY TANK-AUTOMOTIVE COMMAND (CAGE: 19207), DRAWING 7748929 REV B, P/N: 7748929, DOVER FLUID MANAGEMENT INC./BLACKMER DIV (CAGE: 07524) P/N: 903158D. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Packaging - MIL-DTL-197K applies. The QCC Code is FCA. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 07/19/11. This is a configuration control part. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Requested delivery is 128 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical inspection and a critical application item. This part is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The award from the RFP can only be made for a bearing domestically manufactured (USA or Canada) in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7016. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed award for 370 pieces of material. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be August 8, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
