- Project Number 636-11-840, Oxygen Connection. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work to provide and install an oxygen quick connect point and 12 cylinder manifold to support back-up of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) System at the Omaha Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number VA-263-11-RQ-0569 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about July 22, 2011. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. There will not be an Organized Site Visit for this project. Please contact the Contracting Officer ™s Technical Representative, Mr. Roy Mockelstrom if you would like to walk the site. Quotations are due by 4:00PM (local time) on Friday, August 19, 2011. The Period of Performance is expected to be 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is less than $25,000.
