- Long-Term Remedial Action (LTRA), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of a Groundwater Treatment System (GWTS). This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, SB threshold of 500 employees. It will be a performance based, Fixed Price contract that includes incentives. The contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Removal will be conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Authorization Act (SARA), and the National Contingency Plan (NCP). Estimated dollar value for this procurement with options exercised, is in the range of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000.
