- This serves as notice that the Department of the Army at Fort Leonard Wood has an upcoming action to procure the disassembly, relocation and reassembly of building 666. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies and materials, and perform all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Building 666 will be reassembled at TA-74A area of the Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Construction details and the Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued. All documents relating to the requirement will be posted on-line and available for download. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. This will be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238990 with a small business size standard of $14M. The IFB will be available on or about 10 August 2011. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this website.
