- This pre-solicitation notice is for Lodging in Jacksonville, Florida. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is NOT a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 18 September 2011 - 25 September 2011. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 July 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The closing date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), found at (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx, under the appropriate business category and NAICS code. Also, you must have a valid Online Representations Certifications Application (ORCA) record at (https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx).
