- AG-4431-S-11-0012 DRAWINGS AG-4431-S-11-0012 SPECIFICATIONS NO FILE ADDED AG-4431-S-11-0012 SOLICITATION PACKAGE The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Mid South Area, has a project entitled "Provide Emergency Generator - Oxford" at the USDAS, ARS, Oxford Mississippi location. The work includes but is not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications as required provide new emergency generator and automatic transfer switch to provide emergency power to Greenhouse/Heafhouse. Modify the incoming service to the building to install the new generator at the USDA-ARS, 598 McElroy Drive, Oxford, MS. 38655. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% set-aside for competition among Small Business Contractors. The NAICS Code is 238210, with a size standard of $14.0 million. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. Solicitation No. AG-4431-S-10-0012 documents will be available for viewing and downloading at the Fed Biz Opps web site: www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 22,2011. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 02, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. CT. Any changes or additional information will be provided in the solicitation package. Bids will be due by 2:00 p.m. on August 23, 2011. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the lowest bid. All responsible Small Businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
