- Map & Drawings Z- Thompson Park Signs on the Butte Ranger District of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest PROJECT LOCATION The project is located at Thompson Park in Silver Bow County, Montana, in Sections 22, 23, 27, 28, 33, and 34 of T 2 N, R 7 W, and Sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 of T 1 N, R 7 W. It is located approximately 7 miles from Butte, Montana. The project may be accessed from Montana Highway 2 and/or Forest Road 78075. SCOPE OF CONTRACT A. This project consists of constructing and installing signs and other various improvements at recreation sites and other sites within and associated with Thompson Park. 1. The Base Item work includes: a. Entrance Portal Signs - Major: At locations (2) shown on the site plan b. Entrance Portal Signs - Minor: At the location shown on the site plan c. Site Identification Signs - Major: At Sagebrush Flats, Lower Eagles Nest, and Lions Den recreation sites (1 each site) d. Site Identification Sign - Minor: At Silver Bow Archers Shooting Range site (1) e. Bulletin Board - 2 panel: At Sagebrush Flats recreation site (1) f. Bulletin Board - 1 panel: At Sagebrush Flats (2), Lower Eagles Nest (1), and Lions Den (1) recreation sites g. Bench w/o Backrest: At Lower Eagles Nest (1) 2. Additive Item #1 Work Includes: a. Site Identification Sign - Major: At Nine Mile recreation site (1) b. Site Identification Sign - Minor: At Eagles Nest recreation site (1) c. Bulletin Board - 2 panel: At Nine Mile recreation site (2) d. Bulletin Board - 1 panel: At Eagles Nest recreation site (1) 3. Additive Item #2 Work Includes: a. Bench with backrest: At Nine Mile recreation site b. Bench w/o backrest: At Nine Mile recreation site c. Wood Post Group: At Nine Mile recreation site (2) Construction Magnitude of all Items is between $25,000 and $100,000.
