- Subject to the Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bids in the event funding does not become available during the offer acceptance period. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all work in accordance with these specifications and drawings for construction of a new latrine and to provide water and sewer at Training Area 236 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Construction details, Statement of Work (SOW), and applicable Drawings will be provided when the formal solicitation is released. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Contractor must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) program, before a contract can be issued. Solicitations will be provided in response to written request only.
