- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 11-235-SOL-00027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. (iv) This acquisition is not set aside. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $7,000,000. (v) There is only 1 contract line item which is to provide 39 parking spaces. (vi) The contractor shall provide 39 parking spaces within 3 city blocks of 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814. (vii) The period of performance is September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Items are used with price as the major factor. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) There are no additional contract requirements. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition. (xv) Quotes are due by August 19, 2011.
